His Excellency Mr Pawel Milewski – the newly appointed Ambassador of the Republic of Poland invited honorable quests to celebrate the anniversary of the Polish constitution.  The 222-year-old document took two and a half years to draft and was the first in Europe and the second in the world after the United States.
